What do we have here? The inside of someone's closet?  Maybe an boutique?  The world would never know.  Unless, this is your personal belongings.  Nonetheless, I like the mannequin that is missing its pants or skirt.  Oh, the horror. 

Anyway, don't you find this look appealing?  I sure do.  It is where you still got that rebel in you, but you are a little to grown to act on it.  If I owned this attire, I would pair it with olive, or black leggings a pencil skirt will do as well. The chain necklaces gives the look the edge, fashionably. The only issue is where to wear it.
