Feeling a little flirty?

Well, if that is your mood for the day, we got ya boo!  RiRi (Rihanna) struck gold with this one.  This dress packs a one two punch. She is hitting us with a little sexy and a lot of flirty.  What about the tailored midriff?   So cute.  Did you notice the ruffles at the hem? 

Yes, to some of you, this dress is simple.  But, that is what makes this dress hot.  So many details that are screaming for attention.  You have to be out of your mind not to like this dress.  This is one of my favorites.
